Recipe to Sleep


Ingredients



1 ½ slices of blanket      
¾ pounds of pillow
1/2 cup of semisweet sleeping feeling 
4 tablespoons of fresh and squeezed air
1 pinch of darkness (if needed)
5 packets of silence 
a few drops of tranquility
some drops of nature sounds
1 kilo of good thoughts 






Preheat the comfortable bed  for 5 or 10 minutes. Then, place fresh squeezed air, darkness, nature sounds and begin to whisk gently with a mixer or manually until everything is well incorporated. Add semisweet sleepy feeling slowly, and sprinkle tranquility. Finally, beat the good thoughts in another bowl and beat well enough until you calm down. Try the mix and share it with someone if wanted. Place your head on the bed and cover your body with blanket and pillows. Bake all the mix for some minutes and after that leave it aside for 7 to 10 hours. Add silence to taste.
