PREPARATION
Before starting cooking, stretch and thank God.
With your warmed-up body, mix physical state and mental state
for your challenge. While your body gets ready, add courage slowly, do not make
them cold down before seeing the top. Melt good vibes into your body. As soon
as you reach a half-cooked walk, add optimism and energy to improve your
performance, and pour some never-giving-up feeling, and keep going up. Sprinkle
believing-in-magic-and-mysteries powder while you get to the top.
