Recipe to Be Happy in Connection with Nature and Your Body

A package of comfortable clothing
2 liters of water
Some natural energizers such as: chocolate, peanuts, fruits
50 kilos of courage
50 kilos of concentration
50 kilos of toughness
50 kilos of will
50 kilos of
1 riding skills (added continuously)
50 kilos of self-love,
50 kilos of respect for nature
Fear, quantity to taste

Procces

Put your water in an airtight plastic bottle, prepare your energizers and store them in a dry and mobile place. Once these ingredients are ready, mix will with courage and get dressed in  comfortable clothes. put on fire your bike by riding it. Addall the ingredients mentioned above.When you are outside,  pour more will, riding skills  and half of courage, concentration and self-love of your loved ones and your companions and keep mixing them. You should also be adding water throughout the way there and back. When you are reaching the mountain, you  may need more force to climb, so add toughness to the mix and continue going uphill. Once you are reaching nature, add 50 kilos of respect for  it so that you will not contaminate or harm plants or animals.  As soon as you reach the end point of the day's route, half of the plate is cooked. Put apart and enjoy it. To go down, add the rest of courage, concentration and self-love, as well as your loved ones and buddies and mix them. You will need it because  going down is usually fast and dangerous.  Arrive home, get relax if you’re tired but feel hapinness,  You have masterd your body, the road and you have felt nature.
