RECIPE TO DO A DAILY ROUTINE OF PHYSICAL EXERCISES AT HOME.
Ingredients:
• 4 cups of motivation
• 5 tablespoon of patience
• 8 teaspoon of energy
• 5 pounds of force
• 9 slices of attention
• 4/4 of difficulty
• 10 ozs of stretching
• 8 ozs of relaxation
Method:
Preheat your mind and your body and remember what you learned.
Mix motivation, patience, energy, force, attention and difficulty. Bring them to boil and add your knowledge and start with the exercises routine. As soon as you get tired, stop and drink a little water and then continue with the physical exercises, season the moment with a good stretching time and relaxation feeling.
