Recipe to learn Capoeira


Ingredients:


·        1 cup of physical training.
o   3 ounces of running energy.
o   Full cup of push-ups, sit-ups,
bars, or weightlifting

·        1 cup of technical training
·        1 piece of enthusiasm
·        4 cups of effort
·        3 envelopes of elasticity
·        1 liter of perseverance
·        2 liters of fearlessness or courage
·        1/2 ounce of desire to learn Portuguese

·        1/2 ounce of desire to sing







Method

Preheat the open space and le it free of obstacles, warm arms and legs with 3 ounces of races, running energy until you achieve the right consistency, for about 25 minutes. Add exercises (push-ups, sit-ups, bars, or weightlifting) and mix them with elasticity and effort. Add technical training, and mix together with enthusiasm and let it stand for a few minutes. When the Roda begins, quickly add fearlessness or courage, desire to learn Portuguese and desire to sing, and take it to the oven, do not stop clapping and cheering. After 30 minutes lower the heat, let it rest and enjoy!
