RECIPE TO DO EXERCISE IN QUARANTINE


Ingredients
1.    10 pounds  of daily energy,
2.    1 bottle of wáter
3.    2 tablespoons of love
4.    1 cup of music
5.    5 slices of tenacity
6.     comfortable clothes to taste


Method
Preheat your mind and body to have a good time. top off 10 pounds of energy with two tablespoons of love and 5 slices of tenacity. Grease your legs and arms and melt your laziness and do your best. add a bottle of water and a cup of music mix your strength and agility and start jumping. After that, add a mix of squats and push-ups. Spice up the moment with tenacity and energy; you are going to look great
