HEALTHY MIND IN TIMES OF CRISIS






 INGREDIENTS



1 can of good attitude

2 liters of daily bath
1 tablespoon of daily exercise
1 pound of family communication
¾ of daily meditation
2 rate of personal care
1 tablespoon of daily reading
1 liter of general cleaning at home
600 grams of board games
1 well of daily humor





PREPARATION



Get up at the usual time and add 2 liters of daily bath. Bath gently and exfoliate your body and provide personal care. Go to the room and add a pound of family communication, and add good attitude as well as some general cleaning of the house. Put it on medium heat and add meditation. When you see that it is almost ready, add humor and board games. Before putting out fire, add exercise and to finish a bit of reading to taste.
